Our senior leaders have management backgrounds and only the highest performance standards internally. No employee—whether in the U.S., India, or anywhere else—is asked or pressured to write reviews; posting on Glassdoor is entirely voluntary. Employee turnover, company growth, and funding remain within top quartile ranges for a SaaS business, and independent analysts and enterprise customers continue to recognize the strength of our product.
