Exposure to telecom. Stepping stone company. Some folks have made careers for themselves coming out of that place

may not pay well. The pay used to be unfair. hourly employees used to not be treated or paid well. company benefits arent good for the employees. Management isnt always respectful. Since it's not a corporate company, Management gets away with some things.
