      - You will learn a lot - Never bored - Learn and follow process - good benefits - Stable company, and never fired. - You will know very talented people

      Cons

      - you have to work a lot (extra hours) - Promotions are really hard to come by - home office ? forget it, they need to see you - a company that is so big that is hard to evolve
