Pros
From a product perspective, TelTech is extremely underrated. This company has come up with not just one big product, but four big products. Most companies are lucky if they can make one product that succeeds and truly finds a great product/market fit, but TelTech has done it four times now. Not only that, but the company has figured out how to monetize apps, in order to build a profitable company off of mobile apps to fund future projects, so you don't have to worry about getting outside funding, investors or anything like that in order to keep the company running. It's extremely exciting and rewarding to be a part of on the product side and to see your app used by hundreds of thousands of (paying) users. You're directly gaining valuable experience and helping to grow the company and user base with your contributions, which again, feels really rewarding. What I'm trying to say, is you won't be wasting your time on building a lame product that no one will use. You will be able to show off to your friends or to future employers what you worked on. You will also probably get to work across a few areas over time, as the company is growing and needs can change, so you will likely see great professional growth from yourself as well. People really care about the products, the technologies and also the culture at TelTech, so there is always a great team to work with, that you will likely get along very well with, if you are able join the company. People on the teams are driven, take risks but learn from mistakes, and usually are exceptionally good at what they do while being passionate about their craft. TelTech is not the minor leagues. You may not have heard of them, but you likely will one day, as I see something really special happening here. I wouldn't bet against the company. Oh and the food and office are pretty great too.
Cons
There's little to complain about. If someone doesn't work out, it's usually because you either sink or swim here. But companies have to really work like that or the culture will go downhill. Initiatives and projects can change quickly, if new things come up, but that's also something companies need to do at times to stay nimble and focus on what really will make an impact. Sometimes the company feels understaffed because we have so much we want to work on and see done, but things are getting better. South Amboy may not be the most exciting city, but it works. Maybe there will be a New York City or Miami Beach office one day :)
