      Over time available for those who are hungry and have a strong work ethic

      They don't pay enough to really keep your family life and bills balanced and there is no option for career advancement

      Being bought out by Home Depot was the best thing to happen to Temco.

      Cons

      The pay is incredibly off-market. Management hires friends and family rather than more competent candidates.
