Quite small company where your ideas can be put into practice quite fast. Offers quite a lot of flexibility in regard of remote working
Cons
No clear direction where the company is heading too. Decisions are taken overnight. No transparency whatsoever Trying to have an American vibe and culture, but in the end is all about the money and business as usual. Management doesn't care about retaining employees Suddenly you might be thrown away and left without a job. Priority is usually given to old employees. Small entities opened across Europe, in order to somehow work according to law. Think about it in advance if this is a sensible topic for you ()
