      Amazing game changing product that is robust and differentiated. The people are without exception smart and motivated. The culture is collaborative and supportive.

      Cons

      It's a fast growing company with some of the growing pains that come with that. But the little annoyances are well worth it and getting fewer and better all the time.

      -insane growth trajectory -team and product quality is high -leadership is improving -one of the few non “ai” tech companies growing right now -many opportunities to grow and expand skills -no day is boring

      Cons

      -lots of distractions pop up, some due to tech climate, some due to unfocused leadership -sometimes slow to change
