None, absolutely a take advantage of the employee type company

Basically minimum wage with lots of demands how to dress and how far they can send you on a temp assignment! They think paying someone with hard to get real estate license which costs you hundreds of dollars to maintain along with the costs of continuing education along with paying hundreds to the DRE along with other fees a whopping 12 bucks an hour!!? And the odds of you getting on with a builder is slim to none, most home builders when working for them tell you this, this way they pay less without offering benefits, they just string you along as a forever temp..
