Pros
Office in centre of London, next to Covent Garden, and British Museum. Great places to eat, Outdoor rooftop pool nearby. Occasionally Bob Geldof pops in to see what we are working on.
Team is quite forward thinking, and it is a great place to learn new skills. Many sister companies that bring in new projects.
Cons
Central line can be a problem.
Some projects can be chaotic. Client expectations are not always managed correctly.
Project information handovers have been poorly handled in the past and this causes more work for existing teams.
Bonuses / career progression is very low. Never even heard anyone talk about a bonus.
Pay is below average.
