You indeed have to work hard, but if you do, you are rewarded for your hard work by being promoted in other positions which allows you to be visible to offices in other major cities. Ten also offers secondments to other offices worldwide, and working holidays for top performers. They also provide excellent benefits and a steller medical insurance plan for full-time employees.
