      Zero progression Questionable training Blame culture driven by MD Poor management at Director level No work/life balance - constant expectation of more work.

      Great place to work. No day is the same. Relaxed environment however you are still expected to provide excellent customer service and support.

      Can be quite stressful at times, but you have the support of the full team to get you through
