10/10 - Principal Consultant Ten10 Employee Review

I've been with Ten10 for nearly a year joining from a large multi national consultancy and to sum it up in one sentence 'I wouldn't look back'. I have been given the type of professional development I have craved in terms of client work and also the professional development in terms of training and access to senior management which I never had previously. If anyone is sick and tired of the grind of working for the 'Big 4' consultancy firms please give Ten10 a try, they are innovative, growing and people orientated - something others claim but (and I have first hand experience) really aren't.
