Pros

- Alot of people who work there were nice however lots of these great people have now left and moved on. - Some perks such as Bonusly and Perkbox. - Medicash - Charity events

Cons

- State fast career progression as one of their pros, however you receive no training or help. Therefore if you left ten10 you are then massively behind the rest of the tech world who require skills that ten10 does not willingly teach. - No viable training... to be told that they do a two year graduate program where you get continuous training throughout those two years is a plain lie. I personally applied for some courses that were supposed to happen but never did. Courses never happened while I was there and I had to carry out work which I had no idea how to do with no help. - No fixed promotion process, to be told first that you will be promoted if you try hard. To then be told that you won't get promoted as you haven't spent enough time in role (Even if you have worked your socks off) to then be told that you will basically get promoted in the future at the same time as everyone else at your current level no matter how much work you put in. No real push to get employees to work hard. - The inconsistency throughout management communication is awful. One manager says one thing, career manager says another and then your colleague has heard something else. The communication is outright poor. - All the company is interested in is money, with ridiculous training fees that I have no idea where they get that figure from and nobody could tell me when asked. - Treat poorly when you voice your opinions or when you decide to leave.

Fast Career Progression and promotion process is clear, we have 8 levels which you progress. It is slower for some of course but you are supported on that journey. Training is everywhere at Ten10 but it needs to be relevant and you need to work with your career coach to plan it. With the 2 year programme it is the same however we have just recently put in a more structure. There are no fees, just a term in a contract which if you leave before 2 years we have a fee to pay which reduces over the term after we've invested a huge amount of effort in the individuals. Communication was below our own high standards in early 2017 and this has improved hugely. I'm sure you enjoyed a great part of your role here, good luck in the future.
