Cons
Dont have full time employee. they hire 15-20 interns and make them to work like a full time employee. there is no learning as there is no one to mentor. Don't fool and exploit college students in name of intern. Hire fulltime employee. Don't hire intern for free and make them work for free like a full time employee.
