Lots of people working at the lowest levels of the business are great, talented, hard working people that the deserve better

- No career progression, if they need someone in a position above you they will spend months trying to bring someone in from another company - Severely understaffed across all business functions - Poor culture on safety - everything seen as a box ticking exercise - No real leadership from senior management on progressing technology or providing strategy, just lots of pipe dreams. - Zero chance of pay rises from already low pay - No competency or training programs to allow people to become more technically capable - Everything somehow even worse since TAQA took over the business Being at any other oilfield company would be a better option for nearly everyone.
