There isn’t department that has a clue on what is going on. The sales team are very quiet, no progression. Miscommunication all the time. The processes are worse with a new system being implemented. The finance team is very cold, no team it’s just selfish people wanting to do their 9-5 and go home. Only asian minority background people have left because of unfair treatment. People have been working there since years and have no idea on what is going around the world and how to behave like professionals. I never had an induction was not even shown the fire exit points. Only certain people that have stayed at Tenmat for long have progressed and can literally do what they please. Finance team rules change all the time, the system is implemented which does not suit all departments. Horrible experience especially if you are wanting to learn, there’s some real spoilt people working there which get what they want from their managers . The managers don’t have managing skills or any other normal behaviour skills for that matter . No one talks. Very sinister company to say the least. If you are looking to apply, just don’t. There is no other ethnicities, and the few they recruited they leave because of no inclusion in the wider team. It is really an awkward office. The marketing team was awful but they have got a new team with a new manager which helped the marketing department is a real good way.
