The HR are LOVELY! as long as you don't ask them to do their job.
Cons
Due to the staff still being employed from back when this was the old Turner and Newall site, it has a struggling safety culture, With most of the older generation due serious asbestos claims when they inevitably die young or develop health issues. Trying to get these staff members to follow any form of guidance is a losing battle.
