Pros

Flexible, work from home, everyone is very nice and helpful. Great start for young people. This is a good place to start as a career, they give chances to people who otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunities. They give the customer a great experience so I think they will continue to grow.

Cons

I didn't follow my instincts and took a job at Tenstreet. Because of all the wonderful reviews, I thought my instincts were wrong. Nobody writes the bad reviews because it is a small company, and therefore is not anonymous. Be careful, this place is wonderful for some people and for others it's miserable. Ask lots of questions about the software, about the environment, and your position’s responsibilities. Most important of all, ask what your manager thinks of you and if they actually want to hire you. They have a panel interview that has a scoring system, so it is possible for you to get hired even if your actual manager doesn’t want you. I would have loved it and never left, but my manager made it clear from the very first week that they didn't want me there.

Pros

Snacks, desks, windows, restrooms, and stand-up desks.

Cons

A lot to list. Too many family members are employed there. You're under constant surveillance. They're probably all Trumpers. People don't talk as friends even at lunch. Everyone is very guarded and paranoid. I'd leave this one alone. If you work here, you will regret it. It feels wrong to go there. They try to be cool about certain things, like letting you bring your dog, but there is an air of paranoia that's very uncomfortable. I think they've "stuffed" good reviews into Glassdoor to raise their overall score. You'd probably be very accepted if you went to church with them and had a Trump sticker on your car. It just wasn't the place for me. They don't tell you about costs up front for healthcare and other things. The cons outweigh the pros by a lot. Don't trust the positive reviews that state "best place ever" because you know they're fake. No one I knew when working there thought that. LOL. It was quite the opposite. No one stays for very long who isn't a relative.
