Avoid Tenth Revolution Group – Unprofessional and Discriminatory Practices I had the unfortunate experience of working with Tenth Revolution Group, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. This company works with clients that do not accept fair hiring practices. From what I’ve seen, they seem to have a troubling pattern of collaborating with clients who only want to hire young, Caucasian candidates, with an alarming preference for those named "Jack, Joe ,etc ."; you get the idea. It’s disheartening to witness such discriminatory behavior being normalized in today’s professional environment, especially when diversity and inclusion should be a priority for any organization. It’s clear that Tenth Revolution Group is complicit in supporting these unfair and exclusionary hiring practices for clients of their own. If you are looking for a company that values diversity and promotes equal opportunity, I strongly recommend seeking a more ethical and inclusive organization. There are many other firms that uphold standards of fairness and respect for all individuals.
