      Fun, great culture, lots of social events

      Cons

      Management only respect and like those that bring the business money; clear pecking order, so if you're not senior you earn next to no money (compared to the rest of the market), you will not be included in things like their annual ski trip, you will be told in reviews that your role is "subservient".

      Thank you for the feedback. We’re a small team and we’re sorry if we didn’t communicate well with you. The annual ski trip is a client trip not a staff trip. As you say in the pros we price ourself on the culture fun and openness of the firm and aim to treat people with respect and love as we would our own family.

      Pros

      Ambitious growth plans mean many opportunities to grow your career in line with company expansion. Approachable leadership. Nice office and a welcoming and sociable team. Clients love to work with Tenzing. Describe them as valuable partners that guide and work in a true partnership with their portfolio. B Corp Accredited and values-led culture.

      Cons

      As with any small company, support functions are limited, and the structure could be better.
