      Your Leaders are always available to help, the culture is uplifting and the pay is the best I’ve ever seen! Also, opportunities to advance quickly!

      Up until now I honestly feel that I haven’t encountered “cons”.

      Pros

      I manage myself and it's mostly data entry work which I enjoy. Most customer contact is handled via email or text so phone calls are minimal and we're not customer facing.

      Cons

      Supply & demand of technicians, but overall the job is not too stressful
