Decent people in the office Relaxed office environment (until one thing goes wrong and there is a misunderstanding)

They provide very little help or guidance when needed Expected to do multiple jobs outside of your field and above what you get paid for and also for a completely different company just because its owned by a family member. Management is unreasonable, insecure and unwilling to listen even when they are wrong. Think they know more about the job you do, than yourself (they don't). They have favourites (they employ friend of friends, close family friends etc often) There is different treatment based on gender- men are treated with very little respect or kindness that is seen with the women Becomes a toxic work environment very quickly High employee turnover rate (they will happily kick you out without reason and during a workday (pre-planned) and they will make one of your colleagues do it rather than the management themselves.

’ve really enjoyed being part of the team. There are genuine opportunities to grow within the business, and progression is actively encouraged. If you’re ambitious and willing to put the work in, there’s a clear pathway to develop — including the chance to move into a sales role with commission. The team culture is one of the biggest positives. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and always happy to help each other out. The Managing Directors are approachable and take the time to get to know the team, which makes a big difference. We have monthly 1-1s to review progress, set goals, and raise any concerns, which shows the company values development and open communication. There’s also an Employee of the Month bonus, which is a great incentive and recognition for hard work. Hitting team targets is rewarded with monthly nights out, which helps keep morale high. There are also opportunities to attend exhibitions, charity balls, and other charity events, which adds variety to the role and makes you feel part of something bigger. Overall, it’s a supportive environment with strong team spirit and real opportunities to grow.

At times, the workload can be stressful, especially during busy periods. However, there has never been a time where I haven’t been asked if I need assistance, and support is always available when needed.
