Pros
The technology is decent although with the constant ECOs (daily) the product has lost some of “its leading edge technology".
Cons
1. The CEO micro-manages every aspect of the company from the janitor to each department head to individual contributors. 2. There is a group of senior managers who have no backbone and enable the CEO to make bad business and product decisions by never disagreeing with any of his plans and decisions. Whenever anyone disagrees with the CEO, they are laid off. 3. High number of engineering changes which result in a very difficult situation for customers who purchase the product and weeks later and then have to deal with product failures. It is very difficult to identify the cause of a product failure because of all the product changes that happen regularly to fix product performance issues. 4. The CEO tis by far the worst CEO hat I have experienced in my career. Cares little about employees and customers. He only cares about his ego. The company is a game for him. He is the principal shareholder and does what he wants at the expense of employees and customer.
