This was the worst experience of my working life. Most unprofessional environment imaginable.
Senior management is delegated any real decision making authority. Decision making authority lies with only two people, who make all decisions. Given this, decisions are very slow to be made.
The former ownership group is dysfunctional.
Change is rarely implemented.
Performance evaluations are not consistently done across the organization. Some years you may get one, others you may not. Ongoing feedback on personal performance is virtually non-existent.
Depending on department, hours can be brutal.
Training program is non-existent.
