      Pros

      Snacks, that's all they have going on the positive side.

      Cons

      Disconnected leadership, lack of vision, too many junior / experience lacking leaders running the place but have no clue what they are doing. Poor internal culture, fake leaders and people. All about the show but when you pull back the curtain just a bit in ANY area, it is all smoke and mirrors.
