Steady work as the Royal Carribean has set sailing dates throughout the year. Very responsive local supervisors and colleagues who are helpful and always supportive. Exciting environment with all the guests eager to get onboard. Also very nice working with the InterCruise staff who do the actual checkins. The terminal itself is nice and always kept clean by the excellent cleaning crew.

The drive into the terminal area is not as attractive as many cruise terminals around the world. Our company and for that matter Royal Carribean do not have any juice in sprucing up the 1/2 mile or so approach to the parking and drop off zone. There could have been a refreshment area built when the terminal was upgraded. No cons for Terminal Security Services as they pay on time and do their best to keep current with training requirements.

Upper management took no steps to prevent life-threatening situations from occurring or recurring.
