Termio has the best culture of any company I have worked for. It is clear the leadership team believes in their core values. Very friendly environment with committed team members

Cons

Due to their fast growth there are some growing pains. With the fast growth those pains are expected in my opinion.

I have never worked at a company that cared about me more than they do here. The job is pretty normal, but the people (peers and management) I work with are the absolute best!

Cons

Having to deal with ticked-off customers on the phone occasionally.

very strange and too "nice" office culture not very sales like sales team waaay to much down time low sales and no real goals to make
