      Pros

      It is a great company, the CEO and top executives are extremely intelligent people, always one step ahead.

      Cons

      Long working hours. Nepotism. The Argentine style is very aggressive. The middle management is not good, they are playing their "games" instead of the Company game. The compensation system does not seem to be based on individual productivity but in some sort of "magical" secret (mostly "internal political relations"). Difficult relations with sister company Tenaris. Their arrogance can be unbearable.

      They are proactive when it comes to equipment

      Cons

      You have to play dumb so the Reliability team can feel superior to you. Get experience if you are new to maintenance and leave. The reliability department will blame you for things, and management will believe them. I was asked to sit at the CPL line with Tom while he made changes to the program when I was on days just to be accused of doing it when I went on nights.
