Pros
Good pay and benefits, and good balance of men and women.
Cons
I started with the promise of being 50% in the office and 50% in the field, it ended up being more like 95% in the office and 5% in the field. I know COVID impacted things, however, I wasn’t given opportunity or training. I was also rarely given feedback and had to report to over 10 people asking for work. I wasn’t given any warnings, and was laid off virtually even after having been in the office the day before. I was not wished well, and was lied to about why I was laid off. I am incredibly hurt about the way I was laid off and wouldn’t wish it on anyone, it was cold and hurtful, and I still do not know what I did wrong to be thrown out in such a manner. Nobody has talked to me since, and I hope that the new staff that was hired right before I was let go is treated better than I was.
