Working at this company has been an extremely disappointing experience. The management style is the worst I've encountered, characterized by extreme micromanagement. This toxic environment is not conducive to long-term career growth. There is no vision for development or advancement, making it a very short-sighted organization. Micromanagement is an understatement here. The constant oversight and lack of trust from management create a highly stressful and demotivating atmosphere. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, which is concerning and a clear indicator of the poor management practices. There are no benefits to speak of, which adds to the overall dissatisfaction. If you value your mental well-being and career growth, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Expect to have a traumatizing experience if you decide to work at Tcrew. Please run.
