Worst company - Senior Software Engineer Test Employee Review

Job security is extremely poor. If a project ends, employees are the first to be removed. Management quality is very bad and lacks professionalism and empathy. Employees are pressured and mentally harassed to put in their resignation instead of being supported. There is no proper communication or transparency from management. Employee well-being is ignored; decisions are made only for management benefit. No career growth or learning opportunities. Work culture is toxic and stressful, creating constant fear of job loss. HR is not supportive and usually sides with management. Promises made during hiring are not honored.
