Pros
The team is awesome and it is a great atmosphere. Everyone is super nice and they take their employees suggestions seriously. Plus, they have competitive salaries and are really flexible with schedules. It is a start-up, so there are challenges that come with that. We all have our hands in a lot of pots, but, if you like to stay busy and are always up for new challenges, then it is a great place to be.

Sometimes communication is a bit difficult especially since we are dealing with people in multiple countries.
