This is a great environment to work in because there is never a dull moment and priorities can change any minute, which makes things exciting!
Cons
Like any start-up, there are many hats to wear in every position. Sometimes there are sudden changes in focus. If you are one to get set in your ways, this might not be a good fit. A large number of contractors are hired around the US and foreign countries, which means can mean difficult lines of communication.
