      Pros

      Small company that truly does treat each other like family, non-intrusively. CEO and managers do everything they can do achieve the best work/life balance for everyone. Fully remote. Coworkers were easy to work with cared about the quality of their work. Great people who are empathetic, fun, and encourage growth.

      Cons

      Not very many benefits since it is a small company (e.g. 401k)

      Okay pay but comes with headache

      Cons

      Management is incompetent and largely harsh and critical of associates. Only work here to get money and avoid being friendly - bad management.
