Absolutely nothing is a pro here for me at this point.
Cons
I've been with the company for ~8 months and the work culture is brutal. 6 day weeks are normal, and the hours are ridiculous. Leaving at 10 pm is somehow considered early on some days, and there are times when even Sundays aren't really yours. The expectation is that you're available all the time. Doesn't matter if you've already put in a full day, you'll still get calls, messages, follow-ups, and pressure to keep working. After a point, it just becomes exhausting. What frustrates me the most is how different the reality is from what gets sold during the hiring process. If you're desperate for a job, you'll probably put up with it. Otherwise, think twice. The workload leaves almost no time for anything else. Forget upskilling or preparing for a switch, some weeks it's hard to even find time for a movie, meeting friends, or going to the gym consistently.
