Pros

- Best tech stack to work in, I have learned many new things and implemented them - Medical insurance(Not Part of CTC) and Internet and Gym reimbursements - Management/Leads really care about the employees, they asked us to inform client directly that we will be working only for 9 hours which will include 1 hour lunch break and not to worry about client escalations as they have our back, Not many service based companies do this - Lunch reimbursements, free snacks and beverages in office - Working with sharpest minds in testing domains, all the employees are really good in their respective test stack, you really can learn a lot from each employee, for which knowledge sharing is also encouraged and implemented - Higher salary than other service based companies

Cons

This company was the best company to work till 2021, since last year many HR policies changed which really hampered employees trust and happiness - HR Policies are changed at anytime according to the convivence, the worst part is HR will not even brief you about it, you'll be told when you follow up - I have seen a shift in culture where this company was a employee centric company but not anymore, even for small reimbursement's we have to do multiple follow up and they are delayed which is very annoying - Whenever we have any concerns we get a delayed response, sometimes NO RESPONSE from the HR. Even for the employees working here will get to hear this "We will get back to you" - They had unlimited sick leaves but now are only capped to 25 leaves which is very less(I understand that unlimited leaves can hamper business) but leaves could've been more - The bonus/ESOPS document was shared among all the employees but it was deleted recently which really questions my trust for the coming years - No clarity over we should work from home or office or hybrid - Lack of transparency, if there is any change in policy, HR should be the first person informing it over mail/call but this doesn't happen here you'll get the clarity only when you ping them personally - I used to feel valued but not anymore, earlier we could directly reach out to the top management but not anymore To summarize this I can just say it's a good organization to learn but now has pathetic work culture because of HR department (Leaving some exceptions), even HR department from a government organization has more ethics
