      Travel across the country (in industrial/remote areas) Plenty of OT training in multiple ndt methods

      Cons

      -CA tax negates most of the positives of OT/ total hours during busy season. -Company/management shows little to no care for worker burnout -VERY Poor compensation for the field/ dangers involved/ weeks away from home. (Nearly every jobsite has health hazards both immediate and long term) - Jump through all the hoops , work extreme hours ,pass every certification and managers still won't back you for fair compensation. -Don't waste your time here.

      Service section offers extensive pay, Production section is very relaxed and professional International is continually growing Recession proof industry

      Service requires a lot of travel and can be physically demanding

      Pay can be good, get to travel, they promote from within and have loyalty

      Cons

      Old school, inflexible, will not entertain any hybrid work, will work you into the ground if you let them, building is in disrepair, bad benefits
