Cons
I joined the company based on verbal assurances about project continuity and alternative opportunities if a project ended. In practice, this expectation was not met. Despite successfully establishing the test automation infrastructure, Jenkins CI integration, and documentation flow within approximately 1.5 months in a lead role, my employment was terminated without being offered an alternative project. Performance feedback did not appear to align with the actual delivery and activity metrics. Additionally, issues during the exit process negatively affected my eligibility for unemployment benefits, and requests for clarification or correction were not resolved. Work-life balance was negatively impacted, as full-time weekend work was frequently required during the early phase of the project
