Customer feedback surveys always score in the top 5 percentile for customer satisfaction. On the employee front, the company has gone above and beyond when it mattered most.
Cons
None except that entry-level positions do start at a few dollars above minimum wage. Undoubtedly, this is frustrating for new recruits. However, the company makes every effort to afford opportunities for growth with internal postings, and our compensation bands beat the industry standards.
