      Good management team, learned alot about the supply chain industry. Management cares about developing its employees to better positions

      Pros

      Testors is a leader in their field, with progressive and dynamic management. They let you play with the toys on occasion.

      Cons

      Testors is currantly downsizing the manufacturing devision and is unlikely to be hiring any new people (except in marketing), and the roof leaks.
