One man band going nowhere in a hurry - Anonymous employee Tethys Technology Employee Review

The Dicator, aka CEO. He controls every aspect of the company and everything needs to go through him. As a result very little seems to get done and all initiative by his employees is drained away. Constant bullying and always the threat of financial consequences if you do not subscribe to his view. Complete time wasting with daily internal meetings, daily activity reports and constant re-prioritization of daily work. But probably the worst aspect of his behavior is a complete lack of transparency.....undoubtedly he wrote the review stating that "the CEO though tough is one of the smartest and most knowledgable people I have met".
