      Pros

      Overall rating for Tevora is positive. Pay is low, but a great stepping stone. Support from leadership is very dependent on the team you're on.

      Cons

      Promotions are very structured, not allowing a lot of room for negotiations unless you have another offer in hand. Low pay for HCOL. They try and provide a reasonable work life balance, but its consulting. its got long hours. Long hours + low pay = minimum wage once averaged out.
