      Pros

      Honestly, Texas AirSystems is amazing. TAS not only wants to improve the company as a whole, but also the individual employees. I love the amount of training offered and the support from co-workers. Pros: work ethic, environment, employee education reimbursement, pay summary, friendly and helpful staff.

      Opportunity to make money once you rise in the company.

      Opportunity to get a reliable customer base and not have other salesmen taking large percentages of the sales you receive when they were not involved in the sale.
