Pros

You do get to see the fast paced 24-hour work of a manufacturing line. Also the pay was still on par with the avg. entry level mechanical engineer job (as a 60hr work week though.)

Cons

Poor Managament, lack of engineering involvement, stuck as a line operator, little room to exceed expectations since all work is dependent on the random success of the paper machine.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working here

Cons

This company lies about a lot of things when hired on. In orientation they tell you you will be up for review in 3 months not true. Then they say 6 months not true. Then they say 1 yr but you better remind them every day that you've been there a year. I watched a guy take 2 months after one yr to get review. The company literally could care less if you spend holidays with your family all while management and front office are at home with there families. Company is ran very poorly. This is why they only have a handful of employees that have stuck around for any period of time. This company communicates thru teams app and the GM likes to belittle people on Teams in front of whole company to see. Do not recommend working for this company. Very poorly ran.
