Pros

You are seen as a human rather than a machine. Work is low stress, and you have reoccurring meetings with your manager to discuss the things you'd like to focus on and grow in. When I mentioned what i wanted to work on, I was actually assigned a relevant task in the next sprint. Provide pretty good benefits like medical. dental, massage, etc, physio, etc.

Cons

It may not be super exciting and colourful from a frontend engineer perspective since most of the UI is just tables and nothing flashy.

Pros

Though Text IQ is growing rapidly, particularly following our recent Series A funding, the company manages to maintain a close-knit start-up environment that allows for real cohesion of the team, which is particularly impressive considering that we have team members spread out over four offices in three different countries! Whereas some tech companies have reputations for internal cutthroat competition, Text IQ's team members are compelled to perform at their highest levels not to one up anyone, but rather to bolster everyone and contribute to our collective success. Working in a culture where you know everyone has your back is certainly reassuring and also seems to spark greater productivity, as everyone is motivated to do their part and go above and beyond with the aim of propelling Text IQ to the next level. The infectious enthusiasm of the co-founders inspires this level of dedication, ensuring that Text IQ will continue to grow and prosper as we look ahead to an even brighter future!

Cons

In a still small company, it is difficult to fly under the radar. While that is not actually a "CON," it's important that anyone who is considering working for Text IQ knows that 100% dedication is expected, and as mentioned above, the majority of our team is more than willing to invest the time and effort necessary to excel in their roles.
