      Pros

      You can not ask for a more inviting, laid back, comfortable work environment with some of the most friendly people around. You are part of a team who all share a common goal and work between divisions to accomplish a goal with superb execution.

      Cons

      The deadlines can sometimes be stressful when dealing with marketing and technology issues but they never became overwhelming.

      Caring leadership, great coworkers and drama-free environment. Got to work on projects that have a real impact.

      Cons

      Sometimes clients could be very needy. Even though the team and leadership were always supportive and that helped a lot.

      Pros

      - Departments work well together. Things get done with minimal headache. - Company cares that you have a life outside work. - Nice caring co workers. - Great vacation and paid time off. - Some clients you work with are great!

      Cons

      - Salaries are less then those offered by other agencies in the area. - Sometimes clients can be difficult and very needy. - Ownership was transitioning when I left. Hopefully more stable now.
