      People are fun and energetic. That's about it.

      Cons

      Say you will be moving into a management role, but will really be selling in Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco. Get paid$8.55/hour plus commission, but the commission has be over a certain percentage to be able to receive it. Lie to you in the interview about when you will be working, and that it is "full-time."

      Pros

      Excellent leadership development, very professional, and the atmosphere of the team and the office are not something you find everyday. It's like being with a second family!

      Cons

      There are not really any downsides to this company unless you have a poor work ethic.

      Pros

      The people are encouraging, the clients are cool and unheard of. The pay is good. And you learn a ton about managing and marketing. Travel opportunities. Keeps you busy. The growth structure is what got me.

      Sometimes there’s a lot of hours into it.
