Pros
The people are fun, hard-working, and dedicated to stewarding and celebrating the performing arts. There is a real sense of team work. The benefits are great, the staff is a team, the company has vision, and sometimes you get to listen to world class singers and a full orchestra while you work.
Cons
The performing arts are hard work, and although there is some room for advancement, each job is kind of specialized and there are some but not a lot of positions that allow for upward movement. And this is really only a con for some people but gossip, back biting, and harassment are not tolerated, and you really have to love the art form to work here, because you will be seeing lots of shows.
