Pros
Solid pay for the work that is expected of us, overtime within reason, bonuses when the company is doing good, somewhat flexible schedule
Cons
Strict repercussions for working outside of scheduled hours without approval or for being tardy or absent (there is currently a 10-minute window to clock in and out of work. 5 minutes before start/end time to 5 minutes after start/end time). Not completely sure how to communicate with upper management about quality-of-life changes that would make the workplace better. Also be prepared for a lot of standing.
