Cons
Each teams practices are different. If you have a question, you might be told to look at how it was done previously. How do you know it was done correctly before. If your trying to explain how you might be looking at something, you might get cut off and they will say I already see where you're going with this. Favoritism runs rampant. Dress code is not consistent.
